Function createRoutes

createRoutes(routes, options): Router
Create routes according to the given route config list When building each route, it will:
- transform the request and response, including sanitize the data, validate header, adding additional headers (x-nb-request-id), etc
Parameters
- routes: Route[]
  route config list
- options: RouteConfigOptions
  options for creating the request handler
Returns Router
